Egypt Said To Receive Harpoon From U.S

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Egypt was said to have received its first advanced sea-based missiles from the United States.

Industry sources said the U.S. Navy was transferring the first Harpoon Block 2 missiles to Egypt. 

They said the Harpoons would be deployed on
Egypt's forthcoming fleet of Ambassador-class fast attack craft, also supplied by the United States.
